Cheesman & Partners (Accountancy)
Cheesman and Partners are a medium sized accountants based in North London. They required a solution initially to scan in all of their audit files so they could store them electronically and reduce the storage space required within their office.
Advanced Technology initially supplied Easy document management software and a Rex Rotary Network scanner so all audit files can now be accessed by anyone within the organisation electronically. This has had a substantial effect on how the company now views their files and has proved to have saved them lots of time and money.
Since this installation Advanced Technology have installed three black and white multi functional devices that have reduced the cost of their in house printing as well as a colour device for the production of marketing material.Cheesman and Partners have also now begun the process of scanning in all of their tax files and will soon begin to scan in their correspondence files as well.
The partnership between the two companies was formed over 5 years ago and has proved to be extremely beneficial to both parties.
