Peter Best Insurance Services based in Maldon in Essex are specialist suppliers of insurance for Vintage cars.
For many years they already used document management but sought a more cost effective supplier to enable them to scan documents across a VPN line between their Kelvedon and Maldon offices.
Advanced Technology supplied INVU S200 software for scanning all their policy documents into one area for instant retrieval generally searching by registration numbers. Also i200 software was installed to enable large files to be scanned from one office to the other . Currently they use Fujitsu fi420c desktop scanners to scan into the INVU system, these cost effective scanners are capable of scanning in up to 1000 sheets a day.
