With regards to hardware the needs of our customers differ greatly depending on the solution required, this is what sets Advanced Technology apart from other providers of document management. We have a wealth of experience in supplying the correct hardware to work in conjunction with the software that we supply. Through our partnership with Rex Rotary we supply Multi Functional Devices and Network scanners which will allow for scanned documents to be sent via a network to individuals in trays on their computer throughout the organisation. As well as networked devices Advanced Technology where necessary will supply smaller desktop scanners manufactured by Fujitsu and Kodak.
As well as support from our partners Advanced Technology have their own in house technical team to ensure that installations and on going support is of the highest standards. Because we install Easy To Use systems our objective is to install the correct product with the minimum of disruption to our customer’s working day. Generally most solutions are installed within 2 Days and our training programs individually designed to fit around our customer’s requirements.
